Childhood Cancer Awareness Survey (College project help please)

Hey all of my awesome followers. I'm working on a project for one of my college classes and I'm focussing on pediatric cancer awareness. I would be appreciative of anyone who could take the time to take the survey I made. There are actually two surveys since it only let me do ten questions at a time. If you take the survey please don't look up answers, it doesn't matter and it is anonymous. The point is, awareness and I am trying to see what people are aware of when it comes to childhood cancer. I greatly appreciate anyone who can help me on this. Thank you in advance, you rock.

    I did the survey for you, and I'm going to get others to do it as well. Will you be posting the answers after you get everything you need?

      Thank you so much, I really appreciate it. I will have to compare the answers and the survey for my paper, so I can definitely post them on here :) Check back in a couple weeks and if I forget for some reason just send me a message! I'll be happy to do the post with the answers :)

    They walk and run on the four legs, but are able to stand on their hind legs on their own. You will find them in this position when they need to hold something in their front feet.

College student=busy! when you leave links I try to visit, depending on how crazy it is I may not have a chance to go comment on your blog. Please don't take offense! A lot of the time I mean to go back and forget because life is crazy.
